Remember…..!

Eccl. 12:1. Remember your creator in the days of your youth…

The time to build a sure foundation ‘in Christ’ is when we are young and free from the cares and responsibilities of life. Mt. 13:22.

Lk. 17:32. Remember Lots wife! Gen. 19:26. What are we to remember about her? Lots wife behind him looked back and became a pillar of salt. She was both reluctant to leave and anxious to go back. When we decide to follow Jesus we should do it with determination and conviction. ‘The cross before me, the world behind me no turning back!

Lk. 9:62. No one who puts his hand to the plough and looks back is fit for the kingdom of God.

Jn. 15:20. Remember the Word that I said to you:

How can we remember the word if we don’t know it? How can we remember the Word if we don’t read it? There may come a day when we don’t have the Word available to us. How much would we be able to remember?

Eph. 6:17,

The sword of the spirit, the only offensive weapon that we have, is the Word of God.

Lk. 23:42. Jesus, remember me when you come in your kingly power.

If we remember our creator in our youth, remember Lots wife and remember the Word we will be living a life of faith and can be sure that Jesus will remember us just as he promised to remember the thief on the cross.
